SimpleTurbinePowerScalarAux

Computes turbine power for 1-phase flow for a simple on/off turbine

If the "on" parameter is true, the power is equal to "value", else it is 0.

The "on" parameter is controllable, meaning that its value can be changed dynamically during a simulation using the Controls system.
