• Simplified detection of HDF5 when using the OpenMC wrapping. By default, Cardinal will now use the HDF5 built from PETSc unless otherwise specified.

• The power specified for OpenMC can now be provided with a Postprocessor, instead of only as a fixed value. This is useful if the power varies during the course of the simulation.
